Before requesting reimbursements, it is highly recommended that you opt in for Direct Deposit in GrantEd. This allows your reimbursement to be deposited directly into your bank account. Otherwise, you will need to pick up a check from the ASSU office.

To opt-in for direct deposit:

  • Set up direct deposit on Axess. Log in to Axess, and select Direct Deposit from the Student menu at the top of the page.
    • To link a single bank account:
      • Enter bank Routing Number
      • Enter bank Account Number
        • Do not include dashes, spaces or other special characters when entering your account number.
      • Re-enter your bank Account Number for validation
      • For Account Type, select Checking or Savings
      • For Deposit Type, select Balance of Net Pay
      • For Amount or Percent, leave it blank
      • For Deposit Order, enter 999 (default)
      • Select Submit
